Our ethical conduct
Making our employees the main allies in strengthening and safeguarding ethical behavior is the result of building an environment of trust and respect, where each employee has the necessary security to go to the relevant authorities when they face and/or become aware of a situation that is detrimental to the principles and policies or ethical behavior.
As of August 27, 2021, our Ethics Line is managed by KPMG, an international firm that offers auditing, legal and tax advice, and financial and business advice services in 156 countries.
Strengthening the comprehensive risk culture
The maturity level of our internal control system is measured annually. In the last evaluation we remained at the Managed level thanks to the work carried out to strengthen each of the components:
Control environment: updating access maps of critical applications.
Risk assessment: execution of the plan to strengthen strategic risk management in accordance with corporate guidelines, updating of operational and strategic risk matrices.
